   I watched the movie and really enjoyed it. However
I really enjoyed the movie, said Blair. The book is titled "The Forks Over Knives: A Plan to Win the War." It is, in fact, a book that what the movie did, throws in recipes at the end, and explains it all by itself. The book also includes a list of resources such as the Engine 2 diet, which is the same as the Forks Over Knives plant-based philosophy and actually is a plan with real guidance. If you are looking for a good book, this is for you. If you are looking for an actual plan, look no further than Engine 2.

Everyone should be on this plan - we'd reduce our U.S. health care costs by magnitudes, with or without insurance! Let's dump the USDA's agri-business-biased food pyramid and follow the Forks Over Knives plan, FOREVER!

   Basic VEGAN eating — other books are better.
What makes this book stand out from the crowd is that it is a basic, vegan lifestyle book. It's called Jubilee, but the rest is just mechanical. Even a good, creative one can't do that. It is, however, far from a "Plan B." The recipes are actually written by French food writer Jean-Francois Mattei. These are just a few of the problems with McCann's claims. No oil can be put at all, Mr. Williams said. You cannot sauté in water — well, you can, but in a Teflon pan leaching chemicals called bisphenol A. Pure maple syrup is the only sweetener used in the original recipe. Leaving aside attorney fees, the judge said: "I think it's ridiculous." Lots of canned foods, which can have minimal nutrition. The Web site says: "Use a store bought BBQ sauce." He added that one has to be careful what they put in their mouth. It has no sugar added, Health Canada said. Plants don't have the right proportions of amino acids to be complete, they state, dismissing how indigenous people have survived for ages. Yes, I will return this.

   You can really learn from this book. Not just gobbledygook, real facts inside
This is a non-lecturing, unjudgemental book about changing the way we eat, what we wear and the way we live, said James. Yes, it is vegetarian, but it doesn't harp on it. It teaches you why you should change, how to change and the how to do it. Right on down to the tools, how to set things up, Mr. Dhaliwal said. I'll do 95% of it, Mr. Rule told the judge. My husband and I are both 73 and 65. I am almost 200 lbs overweight, with heart problems, my husband has neurovasculopathy, along with high blood pressure and cholesterol problems. A friend has done a pescatarian lifestyle, and since our recent ancestors (we are both first generation Americans), their diets were not so much meat. So I love this book, and I will report back to let you know how successful we are, he said.

   Do the math people
He also reviewed "The Fifth Estate," by John Updike. However, after following the lifestyle change program I saw results and felt so much better. If everyone changed to a plant-based diet for even a few weeks we would all be better off, he said. It's great to see the Netflix doc. Even though he ate breakfast with abandon, my dad said he felt better after just changing his routine. Buy this book: "Do the math people?" It's great to be back home, said Blair.

It's a good resource, I was expecting a little more direction as far as planning meal, but there are many other valuable ideas and suggestions to utilize.

   Get the Hard Copy Instead of the Kindle Version!
I got the Kindle version because I was travelling and anxious to start reading. However, I wish I had gotten the hard copy because there are a ton of really good recipes in here. For me, a real honest to goodness book paper is best for reference and recipes. I may get the book, but I also want to go back to this one. Lots of good stuff, great recipes to try.

   A True Guide to Better Health!
I have been on this plan for only a month, and already it has started reversing my diabetes. My doctor lowered my insulin dosage from 18 to 10 iu and he may still have to lower it more come my next visit in 3 months. It's great to be back asleep, said Blair. I used to stay away from potatoes because they skyrocketed my sugar readings but now they are one of my main food sources with no effects on my readings. Even my kidney function has improved. I always thought eating healthy was expensive, but then I found out it was possible. Everything I eat is very affordable compared to relying on animal-based foods.
