   Easy recipes
These recipes are wonderful. I was impressed with the variety you have. I have to purchase the other books as well. It was nice to have a guide for all the stages.

   Great for family meals but......
If you are cooking for a group or family, this will be a great book. I am not crazy about the nutrition in the recipes. It would take me days to eat all of the vegetables if I only had one gram ofProtein and 11 grams ofCarbohydrates. It would be nice to have some of the conversions so I don't have to do the calculation. I'm very happy with the meal plans, but my dietitian didn't seem to be able to give me that. I appreciate all the additional information in the back of the book, as well as the recipes, which I might want to make more notes on.

Just had bariatric sleeve surgery, it simplifies the directions for success.
It is very imformative. If you're considering having this procedure or have already had it done, this book is a must have. The first time you eat a diet it is overwhelming. This book can be used for learning.

   Fantastic resource!
A super resource! I am about to have a weight loss surgery in the next few months and we have been under a curfew since the beginning of the month due to the coronaviruses, what else is there to do? The recipes are practical and don't require a lot of fancy or replacement ingredients, and the introduction is full of really excellent information. The key is a good guide that goes with my information from my nutritionist. I wonder why cookbook writers don't use the opportunity to share photos of the recipes, and this book is sorely lacking in photos. It has the potential to become a favorite go-to in the months and years ahead.

   Great recipes
There are many great recipes and diet plans. I don't have a surgery date, but I'm doing some of these now. It was delicious. It's!

   Stick with you nutritionist instead
I'm in a program and have some healthier recipes. I was looking for variety, but the book didn't include any recipes with a mix of meat and dairy.

   Got it and used it
It would have been nice to say that the food was not the fault of the seller. I use pictures to cook.
