If you had to pick one book On changing your life, I'd pick this one.

I think this is one of the greatest books in the world. It succinctly organizes some of the most potent life changing principles into a small, compact package that is fun to read. This one still stands on it's own, despite the fact that there are other self help and success books out there. If I had to choose one book to recommend to someone who wanted to change their life, I would recommend this one and tell them to replace Salesman with life. This is not a book about sales at all. It's a book about how the human experience unfolds and what you can do to change it. "My son, keep my words in the midst of your heart and pay attention to them." He uses the principles in this book to change what is in your heart. You'll do better if you apply those to life. It's the same as that.

Best Self-Improvement Resource Out There
Derived From Web , Apr 20, 2022
I've been a Certified financial planner for thirty one years. Tony Robbins tape series, Denis Waitly, and many more have been taken by me over the years. The greatest salesman in the world is a book I wish I'd read. This is the only book one needs to be motivated. I highly recommend Napolean Hill. I'm sure the other motivational guru speaks to many people. They didn't touch me like this book. I encourage everyone to read it. It is the best resource for self- development. I know because I've tried others, spent thousands of dollars on many of their programs and this one is easy to read and will help me turn the corner in my business.

Great Salesman
Derived From Web , Apr 20, 2022
I've read all of his books. I like The Greatest Salesman. A very short book with short words. It is easy to read. The morals that the author was trying to teach were helped by the story line. The story talks about how hard it is to sell. Even when customers say no and no, it talks about keeping your spirits up. He talked about honesty and compassion. The story is about a camel driver who wants to improve his lot in life in the past. In modern times, every part of this story is appropriate.

The Greatest Book on Earth!

I am a huge fan of The Alchemist, and this book may surpass that! The simple truths here are like therapy. If someone follows these principles and takes the challenge of reading them as instructed, their lives will be fulfilled, any goal they set, financial or emotional will be accomplished and exceeded! It's a must add to anyone's collection. !

Not just for sales people!
Derived From Web , Apr 20, 2022
I was glad that it wasn't what I thought it would be. It could be that it was about how to be a great salesman if you wanted it to be. I, a non-salesman, thought it was about an approach to living one's life. I think that we are all in sales, in that we sell ourselves to others. The book talks about how to develop a positive and proactive approach to living so that we can realize our dreams.

A Book to Keep
Derived From Web , Nov 11, 2019
I've been reading this book for a long time. I tried to find copies at our library book sales and second-hand book stores but couldn't, so I finally bought one through Amazon. I understand why I couldn't find used copies after I read it. I like this book. It is a story with a mesage. The tips in this book can be applied to many situations in our life, not just for sales. The secrets are simple and common, but I don't want to give them away. The presentation of the book's message through a story makes it very easy to read. I feel like I need to read it again. Excellent for a fast read and valuable lessons. I will be giving my copy to my kids.

I didn't like the method of teaching. I feel like it's meant to teach children. If you're going to read it to learn how to be a good salesperson, make sure you're prepared at the end.
