Start the Day Right
Derived From Web , Jan 17, 2022
The calendar is small and word-a- day. Next to the bed is where I put it. We look at a new word each morning. The etymology of the word is on the back side. It's a great way to strengthen our brains.

Just as Pictured and Better
Derived From Web , Jan 4, 2022
This is one of the best Word of the Day calendars I have seen. My boyfriend asked me for a new word for Christmas. It is so much fun for us to read the definition of the word as we are on day 4 of being able to use it. We use it all day to try to remember them. It is a great way to bond with a partner, a parent, a child, a grandparent, a room mate, a classroom or group. It was perfect and came fast.

Downsized date disappoints!
Derived From Web , Jan 1, 2022
The emphasis is on the day's word, but it doesn't double for a calendar if you can't read the day's date. The reduced size of the daily date made me very unhappy. Next year, please go back to the usual size. This year of dailysquinting will affect my eyesight and tolerance. Thank you. Julie Barcia is a teacher.

For adults - not what I thought it would be
Derived From Web , Dec 30, 2021
My kids go to public school and I'm always appalled by how little they know. I wanted to help them learn a few more big words by buying this calendar. I thought it would be good for my husband who is a second language. The calendar's words are geared towards adults who want to learn fancy words to make themselves sound cool. It was made well and there was no false advertising.

Damaged box
Derived From Web , Nov 28, 2021
The box's opening was damaged. The calendar appears to be undamaged. If I were in a store, I wouldn't have bought this and I wouldn't have picked one with a box that wasn't damaged.
