   This book is a must have!
I received this book yesterday and read it through, loving how well it is organized! I have been Meal Prepping for a little over a year and was interested in this book because I wanted to find healthy recipes. I was extremely surprised to find that not only are the recipes easy to find, but they have ingredients that you can understand in a regular food store, not a specialty market. In addition to recipes, there are also tips for what containers work best for storage and how long you can freeze food. This is a very helpful tip for newbies as cooking! The book also indicates which recipes are gluten-free, vegetarian and dairy free, which is helpful for those with food allergies. Lastly, the book, although based on general eating in general, is broken into a meal plan for weight loss, general meal prep and muscle building. Can 't wait to try some new options out there.

   Great book, Great price!
Wonderful, wonderful recipes! If you are a fairly new comer to meal prep, this book will help you avoid getting bored eating the same things over and over again! Highly recommended, will not be disappointed!

   Don’t waste your money!
I really expected more from this book. The recipes are 90% Mediterranean or Middle East recipes, so if you don 't like that kind of food, this book is not for you. It is also a cookbook, but most of it isn 't actual recipes, but it is her mumbo-jumbo on, what she thinks is the right meal plans. The things that I would like to point out are also not correct. For example, she says that women must eat 1600 calories a day to lose weight, when she shouldn t recommend calories, because each person needs different amounts, based on height, weight and quantity of physical activity.

The meal planning is a flavorful idea, but the recipes in this book are great. This book should not be bought. It is a waste of money.

LOVE this book, which makes meal planning + healthy eating a breeze!!! I also love the focus on clean eating, I can not wait to make these recipes. They look delicious, but very manageable for a busy mom with 2 children. I thank you so much for this book and I can 't wait for your next cookbook! I have already pre-ordered it!

So much great info --- like how long you can keep opened products --- in this book! I have ever had the best recipe book I have ever had and I have a small bookcase full.

   My son is addicted
I bought this book because my son swears by it. He prepares his meals for himself and his girlfriends, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. He lost 19 lbs and his girl 9 lbs. Its a little comic for me, but I have been using it.
