If you only buy one Buddhist book, start with this one.
Derived From Web , Apr 20, 2022
Thich Nhat Hanh is a Zen-buddhist. This book attempts to explain the core concepts of Buddhist teachings, unlike many other books on Buddhism. The book presents a detailed summary of the concepts, which is something that most Buddhist books don't do. Start here if you're curious about Buddhism. If you're still curious, this will allow you to branch out.

Must Have
Derived From Web , Apr 20, 2022
It seems that Thich Nhat Hanh writes a book a month. I only buy those that are highly recommended. This book is at the top of my list. There are too many books on Buddhism. It's a silly way to learn. This book is easy to understand. It was a good choice for a beginner.

Great book

The peace of mind Thich Nhat Hanh will give you through his knowledge of Buddhism is well worth the money. I lent this book to my ex girlfriend. I didn't have to worry about getting my book back from that situation. I wouldn't give her 3.50$.

Give Buddhism a try it truly inspire you.
Derived From Web , Mar 2, 2020
I am a big fan of the Buddha faith. It's about freeing one's self of suffering. You can still practice Buddhism and believe in God. Very motivating. Buddha teachings are very similar to Jesus. I accept both of them. A perfect match.

Painful
Derived From Web , May 26, 2019
This is likely to be your last book about Buddhism. Painfully padded with the author's personal opinions and plugs for his other books. I have read a lot about Buddhism. Buddha's Brain The Practical Neuroscience of Happiness, Love, and Wisdom and The Buddha's Way of Happiness are both excellent books.
