From #1 New York Times bestselling author Brandon Sanderson, the Mistborn series is a heist story of political intrigue and magical, martial-arts action.
Who is the Hero of Ages? To end the Final Empire and restore freedom, Vin killed the Lord Ruler. But as a result, the Deepness--the lethal form of the ubiquitous mists--is back, along with increasingly heavy ashfalls and ever more powerful earthquakes. Humanity appears to be doomed. Having escaped death at the climax of The Well of Ascension only by becoming a Mistborn himself, Emperor Elend Venture hopes to find clues left behind by the Lord Ruler that will allow him to save the world. Vin is consumed with guilt at having been tricked into releasing the mystic force known as Ruin from the Well. Ruin wants to end the world, and its near omniscience and ability to warp reality make stopping it seem impossible. A great conclusion to an outstanding trilogy :)

This trilogy was a delight to read, said Jeffery. Each book was between 500 and 650 pages long, which meant I didnt have to worry about bouncing back and forth between pages. There was rarely a dull moment, and all the remaining questions are answered in the final volume. The only question I have left is whether this is how the power's that be are like for this world, does that mean all other planets in their universe also have their own gods?

Sanderson does ut again. i love his mist born novels
Derived From Web , Apr 29, 2022
Finished work on this. It wasn't bad, it was surprisingly good, Mr. Rule told the judge. The whole '#%and trilogy was awesome, Tunick said. I have alloy of law the first book in the second trilogy, and I can only hope that it's as good as the first three. The only drawback to the American paperbacks is that the print is so small, and in a book this long. 723 pages are not counting this glossary, so if you have any questions, you may have to turn them away. Despite the negative reviews, the story was well thought out and planned. Thanks to Brandon Sanderson for three excellent books.

Nice ending to a thrilling trillogy
Derived From Web , Apr 29, 2022
To enjoy this book you must have read the first and second books of the series. A great finale to a great series. I would say this one is more entertaining than book two, and it stays on to book one. Without spoilers, I must say that the ending definitely leaves the possibility of other books in this same story line. I would recommend this book to anyone.

Takes a while to get going

It's pretty good, Bruno said. The ending may be a tad too tidy, but it's still enjoyable. I'd give it 3.5 stars, if I could.

Never saw it coming!

It's easy to lose track of time, Mr. Rule told us. And how all three books come together in the end was perfect, he said.

Disappointing
Derived From Web , Feb 8, 2021
The second book, "The Fall," was a disappointment compared with the first. The remaining 200 pages would have been destroyed had the book not been removed. Spook becomes a lot more likable, turning Sazed into a less likable character. Vin and Elend are pretty dull throughout this entire book, too. Overall, the ending for me is the only thing that saved this from being terrible, Melissa. It was at least wrapped up nicely with very few loose ends, Mr. Dhaliwal said. Although, the ending was extremely predictable because the author gave too many hints.

Disappointing
Derived From Web , Feb 7, 2021
Compared to how well this series started, it was quite a disappointment. There are about 200 pages in the book. We' ve already been told about basic things like allomancy and Vin's background, so it dragged on with not much happening. Sazed becomes a less likable character and Spook becomes more likable. Vin and Elend are boring throughout the entire book. The ending is the only thing that saved this from being terrible. It was wrapped up nicely and there were very few loose ends. The author gave way too many hints and the end was very predictable.

Bloated conclusion to the Mistborn Trilogy. Thank the Lord Ruler it's over!
Derived From Web , May 14, 2020
It was frustrating for me as a reader to have to push through this 3 rd in the trilogy because of the promise that this series began with. Did he put a kandra on Contract to consume his editor? This volume had the potential to be much stronger with a bit of trimming. I was satisfied with the conclusion, it's just that I'm tired of the repetitive story elements on the way there. The series was rated as opening at 5 star, middle book 4 star and finishing at 3 stars.

This series began with such promise, which made it frustrating for me as a reader as I had to push through this third and final book. Strong possibility, as this volume certainly had the potential to be much stronger with a bit of thoughtful trimming, he said. I was satisfied with the conclusion, it's just that I tired of the repetitive story elements on the way there. I end up rating the series as opening at 5 star, then middle book 4 star, and finishing at 3 stars.
