The #1 New York Times bestselling series continues with a thrilling revelation -- three brand-new tribes of dragons

Growing up in the hives, Cricket has always had a million questions. Why are trees forbidden, even in art? Why do her parents seem to hate her? And the biggest, most dangerous and secret question of all: Why is Cricket immune to Queen Wasp's powers? Whenever the queen takes control of all the HiveWings, speaking through their mouths and seeing through their eyes, Cricket has to hide, terrified of being discovered. Now she's hiding again, wanted for stealing the Book of Clearsight along with her new SilkWing friends, Blue and Swordtail, and the fierce LeafWing, Sundew. The fugitives need answers, and fast, in order to prevent a LeafWing attack. But Cricket has more questions than ever. How can she stay hidden and discover the queen's deadliest secret? And if she does succeed -- can a powerless dragonet really do anything to topple a regime and stop a war?

   Be ready homosexuality is coming.
The book series was great until book 13. We didn't want to discuss homosexuality with my child at this time. It soured her on reading and was quite upsetting.

   Disappointment
The Wings of Fire books have been enjoyed by my son. The author wrote a book about a relationship between two dragons. 11 books into the series are unnecessary. Wings of Fire is over.

   Just great.
It is simply amazing. My only issue? It is slightly longer than the winglets book. It's about half the size of every other main series book.

   Excellent!
The book was very fast-paced. It was great to read it, but I don't like the fact that books end before I finish, and I am sad for a year or so until the next one comes out. I have to read you before I wait. Wow, that's amazing. I'm sorry, forgive my words. I will miss Blue, Cricket, Swordtail, Sundew, and even Bumblebee whenever this story arcs ends too soon. The series has been very good. Only Ranger's Apprentice and Eragon were as enjoyable to read as they were to watch. Read it. This is what it is. You can book.

   Great Moons! That was good!
Wow! The book was amazing. All the action she crams into relatively small books has amazed me. The story is told from Cricket's point of view, but other characters are also present. There is a romance between Cricket and Blue in this book, and you learn more about how the queen controls the minds of others. I am confident that those who are picking it up for the first time and others who are returning fans will not be disappointed.

   Three MOONS! Fantastic!!!
This book was amazing. I was hooked. I'm confused. Swordtail and Blue were not mentioned in book 11. That was the only nitpicky detail I had. There was a bit of personality on Swordtail. There are some quotes that show the personality of the characters. Blue Blue was a dragon that saw. Cricket also has a true love. 'You do?' Swordtail said he had to save Luna. etc. It's important! Book 13 is called. The Jungle of Poison! I'm so excited!
