What a fabulous book! I have been taking acupuncture for about six months to understand endometriosis and I bought this to treat the process a little more. The author provides a complete body treatment plan for a variety of issues involving women. This has been really helpful in reducing the pain I suffer from.

After changing my Chinese medication and starting my diet, we became pregnant after 3 months. I am 39 years old and this book gave me hope of having my first child despite being of advanced maternal age. The fertility doctor had me in tears when he told me that I would never be able to have a baby without Inno and a donor - egg. This book has increased my confidence in the methods of chinese medicine. Our son is the most perfect 8 - month old baby. Any woman who is having trouble conceiving should take this book and get her advice. I had a lot of people doubting the same medicine around me, but the chinese doubters first saw my results.

This book taught me so much about my body, how to read my body, trust my instinct and the power that the body has to perform, eliminated toxic inputs and patterns. Changing so much from what I learned and I eventually ended up pregnant and carried to term. If you’re a can 't get pregnant or recurrent loss mother, this book is eye opening. Thankful to have found life not just for pregnancy, but for long term health changing. Later 3 babies were grateful.

Disclaimer : I was never diagnosed with infertility and I'm feeling it could be disrespectful to those struggling with infertility to promote this book as a game changer. What I say is that there is a lot of quality information available here for anyone trying to imagine. It is highly detailed, extremely well written and evidence-based.

I have already made the quiz, discovered my type and I will soon follow her advice, hope to be lucky, hahaha. GREAT BOOK, FULLY RECOMMENDED. I am a good coach and I have principles of Chinese medicine, so I really loved this book, so that you can receive your healing, I am doing it and also Caronline Leaf's book Switch On Your Brain, both are a conscious treatment to find healing.
