I'm really enjoying this journal so far, Morgenthau said. It has really helped me take a look at how my habits and ways of thinking about food started and then allowed me to challenge those built-in erroneous beliefs. I find it very valuable tool for self-reflection and change, Raymond said. Even if you don't think you have any problems with eating patternsbeliefs, I would definitely recommend to anyone.
