I truly enjoy using the study Bible. Dr. Jeremiah's commentary helps to open the understanding of the various passages. The thinness of the paper is not an issue as this is a large book and would not be that bulky if not for thin pages. I really enjoyed the book, said Blair.

The Bible is a great one. The original was printed on thin paper, measuring just a few inches by four inches. I understand from my research that this particular edition is being discontinued. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product, even though I'm not a huge fan of Dr. Goin's.

it was not indexed, had torn pages with scotch tape, writing and lighting through out, and has some indication that some one was starting a journaling project in this bible.

I've found that using different translations and comparing them works well for me. The annotations and the history added by David Jeremiah make this one of every day use of Bibles.

Thanks for the study, Mary. I wanted a study that was more up-to-date to today's most difficult times, he said. Even with the pages nearly covering the face of the book, I can read it with relative ease. I use this Bible in conjunction with my Zondervan Archeological Bible, and I've noticed a slight difference between the two versions, but that's ok.
