   Perfect for 2nd Graders!
My 8 year old LOVES the book. I have been trying to get her to use her imagination, and she is always telling me she can't picture what she is reading or what I am reading to her. She has said since she started reading that she can picture what this is saying in her mind. It makes me happy to hear her say that, added Jennette Tamayo. It has really captivated her, Tunick said.

We could probably read the whole book but I like to leave some wonder and anticipation for what happens ...
My five-year-old is a huge Magic Tree House fan. Each day we read five chapters. We could probably read the whole book, but I like to leave some wonder and anticipation for what happens next. The more you think about it, the more you build the imagination. I'm building up his collection so he can eventually read them to me and then pass them down to his younger brothers.

   Fun and easy
My grandson read this one in one day. Buyers had no problems with the Speedy Service's Web site.

   Mideval Mystery
But the clues that point to Morgan are beginning to appear... scary fun for jack and Annie in a haunted castle, fun of trap doors and a real dungeon.

   Immoral
If your goal is to teach your child that it's okay to sneak out at night and how to lie to their parents, then this book series is great!

   Great series!
Second-grade teacher here: "Read this with my class after reading the first book." It was great for getting excited about short novels, too. The second season was highly recommend.

   Box set!
Do yourself a favor and barrow a book to try out from your library and if your kiddos love it then buy a whole box set way cheaper than buy the small sets. The boys are actually asking if we can read it every night. We are almost done with the whole series and have the next set of Merlin Missions box sets to continue the adventure.

   Always great
My son is a huge Harry Potter fan. This book is well done, and as usual is entertaining, Morgenthau said. These books have very short chapters, leading to brief chapter reads that are pre-paid for by Amazon. com shoppers.

Awesome series for first-time chapter book readers!
This was my 7-year-old's first book that he actually wanted to read and finished reading! Simple story, comprehension for a first grader. He read the entire book in one sitting. It's just that he doesn't exactly choose to spend his free time reading. I'm one proud mama. We are getting ready to order Book 4 from Simon & Schuster.
