I was surprised that The Knot put out a book that was incomplete. I decided on a destination wedding after reading through this and countless websites regarding weddings, but became overwhelmed by the debate over all things wedding. If you are skipping the traditional wedding, this book is not for you. You'll be better off buying a blank notebook.

If you just need something small that will fit in your purse, it's a nice planner. It's not the type that has a binder attached with pockets or folders to store paperwork, which would have been more helpful. The stories that go along with each section about other people's weddings are not something I like. Half of the stories I can't relate to. The time line is very helpful when it comes to what you should be doing. You can write your contact information on the pages that allow it.

I liked this planner

One of the planners I looked at was the best. It was small enough to carry around and had plenty of writing space. It had a space for the guest list, which I liked. It was a good practice to make my own personalized planner, but I didn't use it. I would recommend this planner to someone who wants to make sure they thought of everything for their wedding, as it really does cover a lot of details I would have overlooked.

I bought this book for a bride. It had a place for all the information that a bride will need for her wedding. The way things are done with the reception and other events were also discussed. It helped her plan her wedding very well. She liked the fact that it was full size.

This book was very helpful in helping me plan my wedding. The wedding planning is detailed in every chapter, including contacting a banddj, buying the cake, invitations, picking the dress, and much more. I appreciated that it listed the questions to ask when looking for certain services. I was able to open the book while talking to people. It continues to be a great help. I carry it with me wherever I go. It is very easy to read. !

I bought this book for myself and it was a great investment. I would have been lost without this book. The book that any bride should purchase is the wedding planning book. The detail, the checklist, and the other items are what I love the most. The book contains everything one needs to plan a wedding. Buy and sell.

My Favorite Wedding Helper!

The book gave a basic overview that helped me not to forget things, even though it wasn't the end of my wedding planning. It proved to be more helpful than I realized. I wouldn't have been able to stay on budget without them. It helps you know what percentage of your budget you should spend on different parts of your wedding, and they even broke it down further so that you knew what expenses fell into the flower category.

All the same information is available for free at wedding websites, so it isn't worth paying for this book. I had all the books I needed online for free, and I never used them. If you know how to browse websites, you can save money on wedding details, but if you don't, don't buy a wedding organizers. You will need one that lays flat and one that has pockets for things like contracts. I used it once and refused to carry it with me.
