FAMTASTIC! A MUST BUY!

I can't believe how wonderful it is to be able to do that. This is the best Fairytales book I have ever wanted to read. Magical pictures, very bright and colorful, Mr. D'Antonio said. The font is amazing for my 7 year old to read. The pages are so smooth, the publisher said. He's a voracious reader who loves to read and listen to music. I wish it had pictures of the very first pages where the stories begin. The best fairytale book. A must have for any Harry Potter fan. It was almost two months ago that I ordered it. My son has been so thrilled with it ever since, his mom said. Love the pictures!

The book has some very good stories, too, said Frey. In "Sleeping Beauty," Rapunzel is told that her prince has been sneaking into her room almost every day. when her momwitch finds out and blinds the boy, and they some how find each other, Rapunzel is off. Her prince charming can see his twin daughters for the first time. What's more, the government wants to kill the entire thing? What a weird twist!

It’s ok and Not your traditional fairy tales.

Interesting versions of fairytales. Some inferences into character's motivations and thoughts and feelings made by version author that I'm not sure how they fit in with the original, and sometimes they blatantly don't, like worrying about marrying a man she just met, which is not a bad perspective to add. The book itself is beautiful and has some lovely and detailed illustrations, but there are some disturbing scenes. My book arrived with the corners dented and I had no time to return it because it was a gift, not an inconvenience, Ms. Dhaliwal said.

Wonderful stories but not enough pictures

I've read all the Chris Colfer novels. I was excited to add this one to our collection, said Janet Grubb, reference librarian at the Ames Public Library. However, I wish there were more pictures of the princes and princesses, and I wish it had been his version of the fairy tales in a kids fairytale book edition. I wanted stories that were his interpretation and could keep my toddlers attention, Mrs. Dhaliwal said.

All Our Favorite Stories

In this book, we all remember the stories we were told as children. The foam was purchased for my 6 year old daughter. After looking through this, I am going to purchase another as a keepsake. I'm sure this book will become of great value because it's so rare to find all these stories together, McBride said. A second collection of these same stories sold for over $500. My 4 year old loves the stories Chris Colfer has compiled here. We're big fans of the Land of Stories series. This is my third time purchasing the book because one of our dogs loves it a little more than I can bear, and he has eaten it twice. My favorite thing is that it isn't just the Brothers Grimm or Christian Anderson or whatever, it's a combination of all of the stories and nursery rhymes I grew up knowing. It's well written, engaging and delicious, Raymond said. An unbeatable combination.
