Now a major motion picture streaming on Netflix starring Felicity Jones, Shailene Woodley, Callum Turner, Nabhaan Rizwan and Joe Alwyn

From the #1 New York Times bestselling author of The Giver of Stars, a sophisticated, page-turning double love story spanning forty years

It is 1960. When Jennifer Stirling wakes up in the hospital, she can remember nothing-not the tragic car accident that put her there, not her husband, not even who she is. She feels like a stranger in her own life until she stumbles upon an impassioned letter, signed simply B, asking her to leave her husband.

Years later, in 2003, a journalist named Ellie discovers the same enigmatic letter in a forgotten file in her newspaper's archives. She becomes obsessed by the story and hopeful that it can resurrect her faltering career. Perhaps if these lovers had a happy ending she will find one to her own complicated love life, too. Ellie's search will rewrite history and help her see the truth about her own modern romance.

A spellbinding, intoxicating love story with a knockout ending, The Last Letter from Your Lover will appeal to the readers who have made One Day and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society bestsellers.

   Loved this book
This book has been loved. Another beautifully written love story from Jojo Moyes is also on display. Not a petty story, a complex story with flawed characters so beautifully drawn in believable life situations written with compassion and empathy, and fab detail. I enjoy her writing so much, what a pleasure to find her, this is her 4th book I have read in 2 weeks and it will not be the last. I am so happy to have found this author ''.

   Lovers who can't get together
This book is not quite as good as the other, but is still an intriguing story about lovers who are separated by the quirks of life. Unfortunately, you have to suspend belief for a bit, but is still intriguing and worth reading. Her later novel Me Before You, however, is much better, but read both and you won 't be sorry.

   Better than the movie…
I am new to this author and I was drawn to the book after watching the new Netflix, based on it. The movie, while good, lacked a lot of depth to the characters I thought, and reading the book after helped bind a lot of loose ends. The movie left me feeling sad at the end, but the book, while the ending was the same, left me feeling relieved that it ends the way it does. It addressed questions I had and gave me more insight into what happened to some characters and why the decisions made were made... If you enjoyed the movie, I think you 'll like the book. I pictured all of the people from the film in the book, except Shailene Woodley, as the description didn 't match.

   Devoured This Book!
I am a huge fan of Jojo Moyes and am not sure how this one has escaped me for 10 years. Whenever I had a chance, I found myself running eagerly to finish it in a mere 20 days. My next stop is to see if she has another one after the main characters published into their next chapter if it does not exist!

   Can’t wait for the movie
I loved the book and can not wait for the movie. Both Jennifer and Ellie were dependent for the wrong reasons on the wrong men and I enjoyed their stories.

Not nearly as good as Me Before You
I struggled with many parts of this book in that the story line depended over and over on the suspension of reality. It is impossible that neither Jennifer or Anthony would make an effort to see if the other was alive. The story depended on too much coincidence in missing one or a letter, etc. I was not very concerned about Ellie and her affair and her lack of conscience.

   A Heartwarming story
Another great read by Jojo Moyes is. I cried, I laughed, and loved every page I read. Don 't miss this one!

A down-to-earth book which gives hope
I loved the book, but it was too long. i.e. there were too many irrelevant details, nevertheless it was unexpected.

   The Last Letter
Jojo Moyes, known for books that touch the heart, has done it again. But the last letter of your lover tops the list. The writing style that varies between 1960 and 2003 keeps the reader interested and wanting to keep turning pages to discover what happoens next. You will not be able to put this book down even for a second time!
