Very informative and easy to read. If I made it to 100, I will let you know in 40 years whether or not I have any regrets.

The book shows us a lot of important information in a very easy to understand way, said Dr. Eric Schaeffer, director of Stanford's Watson Institute. It's inspirational to me because it shows that even though I'm not the biggest fan, it inspires me a lot.

   Excellent for anyone concerned about their health
It was an easy read, I like to study about anti-aging and anything that can help with alternative healing, and this was excellent. I have done the master cleanse several times in my life but was not certain of its scientific basis. This will be much easier to do and it's nice to know what can be accomplished without harming the mind and spirit, he said. Before that I had no idea of all the healing and stem cell research.

   Don't waste your money, nothing but an advertisement for ProLon diet
I bought this book because I thought it would be great to do the Fasting-Mimicking Diet'. The product is a 300 page advertisement for ProLon FMD that cost $249. For safety and efficacy, it is strongly recommended that patients do the ProLon FMD and not a "home-made" version, Zimmer said. If you want to try the "Fasting-Mimicking Diet," you can do it at the ProLon website.

   Simple and easy read - great book
This book is a great summary of V. Longo's 30 years of hard research and its practical application. Although, not much scientific depth in this book nor the discovery details I was hoping to read about, I enjoyed it. Still a very exciting read, I learned a few new things and I reconfirmed existing human studies on fasting and plant-based whole foods. Eat vegan - low protein high carb - avoid all animal protein -avoid saturated and trans fat - eat what you ancestors ate, Graham said. Restrict your feeding to 12 hours or less a day. In a generous gesture of uncharacteristic compassion, Microsoft said it would give $100 million to buy Vazzi's assets. The remaining three months are free, but monthly fees apply. 2.5 hours a week walking. Take a mineral and vitamin combination tablet three times a day for optimal health.

   focused on aging, not on get-skinny-fast promises
This is a book that makes sense. It helps you change your eating habits in a sustainable way, without the high prices of fast food. The context is the one of aging, as opposed to a concept of get fit fast, or lose 10 pounds in a week, which is, in my opinion, a much better way of approaching our own nutrition.
