   Not for Vegetarians!
There were a couple of reviews that said the book included vegan and vegetarian recipes. Of course this is not Ms. Scarlata's fault, but I was very disappointed that most of the main dish recipes included some kind of flesh. I'm going to try Jo Stepaniak's cookbook next. It's written for people who do not eat meat.

   Great resource and recipes.
I have been reading this book for the last month as I am in the elimination phase of the low FODMAP diet. Several of the recipes I made were made using the shipping lists with name brand recommendations. It's important to me. They compliment each other, thanks to the partnership with the Monash app. The book is easy to understand with great recipes and tips. It's worth every penny.

Easy, helpful guide to navigating the low-fodmap diet!
Kate Scarlata was a lifesaver when I started my low- fodmap journey. When this cookbook was made, I was very happy. The recipes are easy to cook. There are no more photographs of the recipes in the book. Stock photography in this book is lovely, but I would like to see more pictures of what I am making.

Step by Step -- that's important
The elimination phase of the Low- FODMAP diet was too long for me. It is years, in fact. It was nice to feel comfortable, but it has been isolating. I can follow the various FODMAP food groups without having to think about each meal. I need to reintroduce foods more slowly than she says, but I'm having some success. I would like to thank Kate.

A Comprehensive Guide to Going Low FODMAP
Kate Scarlata is the expert on the fodmap diet if you do a bit of research. Anyone who has been on this form of elimination or modified diet to treat tummy troubles will know how complicated it is. Kate's new book makes it easier with meal plans tailored to different groups. The work is taken out of cooking and meal prep. The book includes brand names to help you find them at the grocery store, so you don't have to read every ingredient label. There is a guide to the fodmap diet. This diet excludes salsa, BBQ sauce, and salad dressings, but the recipes for those condiments and sauces are helpful.

   Simple Recipes
There is a guide to the FODMAP diet. I am able to decipher ingredient labels thanks to the list of food enhancers. The recipes are easy for people who are not the best cooks. Everything I' ve cooked so far has turned out great.
