   Excellent Low FODMAP Recipes
I have tried many of these recipes and they are all excellent. It's great value for money, and the food is delicious, too. They are easy to use, although the prep time can be a little longer than she has in the book. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who has a hankering for good old-fashioned French country cooking.

Good Housekeeping explains IBS really well, gives great recipes and is easy to understand. I am unable to buy the app she recommends so would have liked to have the portions given to me on the foods I can eat, but it has helped me a lot. 0 3171158 This is great news, said Cara, because I am unable to buy the app she recommends so would have liked to have the portions given to me on the foods I can eat. It does not help you though reintroduction of foods, and I am still searching for information on how to do that well without having to hire a dietician which I can't afford. Thanks to Pauley Lefkowitz for the book and for all the great advice.

   Good for starting fodmap
There are a lot of recipes that use a microwave, but I don't have one. There are so many great side notes and variations that I wish the microwave variation had been included. Also disappointed that there is no immediate plans for reintroduction.

   Great for those new to the diet and those who are experienced
For years, I've been following a low-fodmap diet, the only thing that really helps control my IBS symptoms. Thanks to this book, I was able to understand the mechanics of the Atkins diet. The planner's list of recommended meals is a huge plus. Good for experienced foodies looking for new inspiration for recipes and newbies alike. The only criticism I'll note is that some recipes are rather bland, and I was surprised to see so little or no seasoning in most recipes. So I add a lot of my own herbs and spices which I don't mind, because I like being creative, she said.

   Easy, delicious recipes!
Easy to make and healthy, these meals are a must-have for any kid or couple. Easy to follow directions and the pictures are so pretty, they say. My son is a picky eater and does best on this type of diet, and he absolutely loves everything I have made from the book. I just hope there is a second book to follow!

   IBS or not ... this is a great cookbook!
Full disclosure I don't have IBS. I still love this book. Dr. RP and I go aaaaaay back _ to her pre-FODMAP days. Now she is a changed woman. What I love most about watching her go through this journey of hers is that she took a problem that was adversely affecting her life and not only turned it around, but also made it into a passion of hers, Bruno said. Now she is helping people around the world with her low FODMAP easy foods and this amazing cook book! I have now tried several recipes from the book and they are all fantastic. It has to be easy, quick, and healthy for me and my family. It's just that the kids will eat it." It also makes breakfast burritos for breakfast, peanut butter baked oatmeal squares for after-school snack, and broiled salmon with maple lemon glaze for dinner.    Great for those new to Low FODMAP
Bought this book for a friend who was bummed about having to do the low FODMAP diet, especially right before the holidays. The recipes were delicious and they said they didn't miss all the things they couldn't eat during that time, and felt so much better.

I've been following the FODMAP diet for about 6 years and it has changed my life. The low FODMAP IBS Solution plan and cookbook has exceeded all my expectations. I've made many Dr. Rachel Pauls recipes from her website rachelpaulsfood. com and they are always easy and delicious. This book has a whole chapter of information regarding IBS and will make grocery shopping trips so easy for people who are new to the FODMAP diet. I can't wait to try these recipes.
