   Tasty healthy recipes
My family and I have enjoyed many of the recipes in this cookbook since we purchased it a couple of months ago, Roett said. One of our favorites is the Spinach-Rice Enchiladas and I substituted Vitamin Cottage's Green Sauce for the original. There are several types of tofu, and we also enjoy it in salads and stir-fries. One tip I use when cooking for just two of us is to make half the recipe. This book is flat when in use, has nice size, and contains some useful quick tips and recipes. I recently ordered a second copy to give to a friend.

The book is titled "The Quick and Easy Way to Get What You Want" because of the short title. It's definitely worth having on hand for those days when you are pushed to your limit. The book has a section called Canned and Packaged Products which catalogs the products out there that meet the criteria for eating a healthy vegan diet. There are no shortages of these products. The Smart Shopper will definitely make you a smarter shopper.

I have never been healthier and I enjoy the recipes that have come from his wife Mary. In fact, I can't say enough about his recipes. They are not easy to do and I think that's great. Amazon has pre-ordered his new book, "The Fall," which is due out in September.

   Great cookbook
I then heard of Dr. McBride and the Starch Solution and I was intrigued and figured it couldn't be much harder to leave out eggs, cheese and fat. The Starch Solution was recommended to me by a colleague. The recipes are very good in my opinion and right up my alley as far as ease and speed go. It was a mistake, but I think I made one dressing that I didnt love so I tossed it. So far my vegan journey has been quite easy with the help of this book and I've not had any processed food in over a month, she said.

I have made so many of these, so I am delighted with the results. They are quick and easy, but they are also really delicious.
