It is amazing. There are many wonderful tried and true recipes in this book. It's perfect for wild game and domesticated meat as well. There is a lot of knowledge about cleaning, processing, and cooking in it. I think it's a great idea. It's!

I couldn't imagine a need after having the first two. When it was in pre-order status, I bought it. A hard cover. A reasonable price. I am a fan once again. I have all of the books. Three of them are books. Good things.

Before I ordered this book, I was already a fan of MeatEater and had been waiting on it for a while. I might be biased but this is the best cookbook I've ever read. Stunning photography, clear and straightforward writing and a mountain of new ideas for my simple grill it or fry it mentality. It's a real treat for people who want to learn to butcher their game, but don't have access to someone who knows what they're doing.

I haven't bought a book in a decade, so I was thrilled to get this book. I was looking forward to this book because I am a huge fan of Joe Rogan and Meat Eater. I was upset to find the pages warped after it arrived. I placed the book under the heavy box to flatten it out. There was no fix. The book was replaced and the issue was the same. This is an excellent review of the book. I will be returning some books. This is disappointing because a physical book to me is special. The publisher needs to address this. I can not be the only one with this issue.
