Book Overview

The Optimal Terrain Ten Protocol to Reboot Cellular Health

The Metabolic Approach to Cancer offers an innovative, metabolic-focused nutrition protocol that works. Naturopathic, integrative oncologist and cancer survivor Dr. Nasha Winters and nutrition therapist Jess Higgins Kelley have identified the ten key elements of a person's terrain (think of it as a topographical map of our body) that are crucial to preventing and managing cancer. The ketogenic diet--which relies on the body's production of ketones as fuel--is the centerpiece of The Metabolic Approach to Cancer.    Bible for cancer patients - Wealth of information - Thick but we can’t put down!
This book is amazing, said Dr. Goin. The book contains step-by-step instructions on how to make your own cancer-fighting regimen. The different chapters go into depth on every aspect of this disease, from nutrition, to immune function, to detoxification, to gut biome, and much more. I love how organized it is and how easy to follow, plus providing plenty of scientific reasons for every wellness recommendation. Thanks to this book, I am so thankful for finding this information source and guideline.

The Answer To Cancer: What You Need To Know That Your Doctor Can't Tell You
If you only bought one book this year, you may want to reconsider. Not just cancer patients. Whether you are a doctor, nurse, or simply want to be healthy, Balance can help. Clear, logical, evidence-based explanations, lots of great help, Michael. You won't believe the lies Dr. Nasha told. What she went through in her teens battling cancer that almost killed her, how she overcame it like a true warrior. They study the body as a whole. Dr. Nasha said: "He did everything he could to save lives." Everything you need to know about Medicare is here.

   Outstanding!
My doctor recommended this book to me and I highly recommend it. Everyone over thirty years of age should read this book, if only to prevent cancer, he said. If our bodies are healthy, our good cells kill off the cancer cells and the cancer never takes hold. This is a simplified explanation by me, Raymond said. The book goes into great detail about how our cells work to keep us healthy. A nutritionist or researcher would understand this book completely, but it is written for the layman. I did not understand all the medical terms, but I was able to apply what I learned in a professional manner, he said.
