Highly recommended by a friend for some of the best Mexican recipes, I am extremely satisfied with every recipe I tried so far. It is very easy to follow as well.

   Attractive cookbook, but not so keto-friendly
A decent low-carb take on Mexican cuisine, but many recipes lack the amount of fat required to make them truly campatible with a ketogenic diet. Still others are definitely not even low-carb, and though most of them are contained in a not so keto appendix, a few are raised in the main text to definitely raise some eyebrows as well. I had hoped that this would fill a void in the Keto Diet books, but despite the beautiful pictures and mostly authentic ingredients it misses the mark. The copy I received also contained some duplicate pages towards the middle of the book, a binding error that will hopefully be corrected in future printings.

   Author is clueless as to what keto is
I still look forward to this book, it is beautiful. She uses, however, a lot of very high carbohydrate ingredients. I lost 130 pounds. I can hardly recommend you some of the recipes look very good if you want to just cook a cookbook, it is probably very good if you want to book keto, this is not it.

   DELISH & PRETTY !!
I chose this cookbook for two reasons : the bomb recipes and the fact that it is pleasing in my kitchen ascetically. When I first received it, I was pleasantly surprised because it was exactly what I expected. At my age, I am not much of a chef, but these recipes are doable for any skill level. I love that it is MOSTLY keto, but also provides a few options for when you want to rip it. Can 't wait to try more recipes!

   The BEST beautifully written and easy to follow KETO Cookbook!!!!!
This is the BEST Keto cookbook ever written by Mexcian Keto! The recipes are so easy to prepare to make one heck of a delicious meal for your family. I love Japanese food, so it is a great alternative to making healthy Mexican meals. The photos are colourful, attractive and the illustrations are beautiful. I personally love the forward, all health information and benefits from a Keto Diet. No problem that it does not count the macros ; get an app and do it yourself! This book already provides enough for you!

   Not what it describes or what we deserve
While some of these recipes look delicious, there are no macros for what you eat. She includes many items that are not keto, i.e. carrots and sweet potatoes are included in these recipes. This is a huge failure for a book that claims it is keto. The production seems rushed based on not giving nutrition facts or perhaps it could not make the grade. I'm disappointed ''.
