   Great and quick mindful journal.
As promised, arrived quickly. It takes a few minutes to think about something. At the beginning of the day and at the end of the day, there are sections where you can write down quick thoughts. There are a number of different fun sections for further reflection. I enjoy it.

You can use this book to reflect on your mental patterns. It helps you remember what happened in a day. After using it for a few days, I noticed that I was more reflective of my thoughts and feelings. I recommend this book for people who forget the habit of reflection and gratitude when they get wrapped up in life.

   Wonderful Journal!
I love this journal. I lost my daily practice because of a life threatening health issue. I feel like my life is getting back on track, between this journal and some meditation apps. The journal's emphasis on gratitude is helping me become a morerounded person. This is a tool that can be used to encourage an outward flow of compassion or generosity towards others. I needed the boost to stop fixing what wasn't working in my life. I' ve already recommended it to my friends.

   Wonderful, quick, mindfulness check in when I wake and before I sleep.
I like journals. I'm slightly obsessed with them. This one is in my top 5. It allows me to check in during the a.m. and p.m. and give me time to reflect on what's happening. It's a great journal for someone who's just starting out with a practice that helps them be in the present every day.

   Nicely set up tool to support mindfulness practice
The contents and format were what I liked about the book. I'm pretty sure I see the same print as other reviewers who think it's poor quality, but my interpretation is that the pages for your journal entries seem to be faded back so what you write will stand out more than the prompt. I'm pleased with what I' ve received, and I'm looking forward to working with it as I finish my course.

   Nice book with thoughtful prompts and intro, but poor print quality
The book is nice, but the print quality is poor. The print fades in and out from one page to the next, but the pages are transparent. There are words that are not legible. It's not acceptable to give as a gift, but it's a good start if you want to develop a practice. Product design with 5 print quality

I have been using the journal for a couple of weeks. I like the daily quotes and the prompts for cultivating gratitude. The journal is easy to use, but it can help me focus on what is important in my life and what I need to let go of.

   Poor print quality off and on throughout the book.
If I could read more than 11 pages, I would love it. It's hard to read Pages 12 and 13 in their entirety. There is a problem in the book. I'm going to return it for a credit and hopefully purchase another one in person so I can check the print.
