Very good explanation of what and how, for any age

As a type person I liked the wording and phrasing used by the author. By the way, this seems to be relevant for any adult in spite of the title and many of the examples used in the book. Just read into the appropriate words, which may be more youthful for you.

An Excellent Book For An Excellent Course
Derived From Web , Sep 12, 2020
I really enjoyed it '' and found it extremely useful. I also liked the book really! It was a quick easy read, which was nice with all the other work I had to do. I found the messages resonated with me and was very helpful. The book goes very well with the app, but has everything in it that one needs for an introduction to mindfulness. The author sets the book for twenty-something year olds. I think its lessons can be used and applicable to other people in other stages of life. It is a really handy book and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Great introduction to mindfulness
Derived From Web , Jul 22, 2020
I bought it as a gift for a friend. It covers 10 great techniques and is an easy read with basic and useful quotes, studies and areas for exploration. It has a companion application, but you must be enrolled in a class to access. Most of the guided companion meditations can be found on their website, though.

A gem
Derived From Web , Jan 22, 2019
This is a wonderful introduction to the practice of mindfulness. It has been designed with a universal audience in mind, but the message it carries is specific, and even those much older than the twenty-something group will appreciate its wisdom. The overall tone of this book is lighter than some of the Bewusstsein - Introduction - classics, but the substance is wonderfully whole and satisfying. It is one of the best introductory HIND texts that have come out in recent years.

Learn to be Mindful
Derived From Web , Nov 16, 2018
Some good intro skills are meditation. What was really helpful was the text on being mindful in every moment of life. I brought this book to send it abroad to my friend because I thought she can also benefit from it. I think it is not just for 20 somethings, but anyone of any age could be inspired by this book.

Great Introduction to Mindfulness
Derived From Web , Jun 1, 2017
As someone who has been both personally interested in meditation and professionally for many years, I have read many meditation books and The Mindful Twenty-Something '' is perhaps the best, most straight-forward, accessible book for newcomers. Though I'm a sixty-something who has been mediating for a long time, it was a pleasure to read, and I am certain that readers younger than me will gain even more benefit from it. In fact, I 'll give it to my 20-something son and his wife.

Really great book for anyone age 18-20 ''. I would recommend this book to anyone who is stressed with finding their purpose in life or anyone with anxiety depression. This book is a very easy read with a lot of great quotes to consider and use in life. I find myself going back and back to read chapters when I need a refresher.
