Useful tool

I didn't appreciate it at first. I understand the purpose after a couple readings. It is a great tool. I could not shuffle all at once. Cut into 3 stacks and shuffle. They will last a long time. I wish there was an explanation in the booklet. Thetarotreader is on the Facebook page.

It's good but not great ...

The media couldn't be loaded. The imagery of this deck is amazing. It's pretty. It's inclusive of all women. There aren't many men in this deck, and that's because it's a very feminine deck. The edges of the deck are already waring, so I rated it a 3 stars. I use my deck every day, but I don't know if you can tell from the video or picture. shuffling like a poker player is nearly impossible because they aren't very flexible. I am worried about the longevity of the card stock. If this deck comes out on a stock made for shuffling like a tarot reader, please lmk. I want it. The glossy finish is beautiful, but I think it's the cause of the long term durability.

Love The Imagery, Hate The Cardstock...

I have had this deck for a year. I bought it because I liked the art and thought the imagery still relates to RWS. The deck is hard to shuffle. The cards are too large and glossy. I usually cut the deck in half. I feel like I'm putting more thought and energy into shuffling the cards than I am enjoying the whole process. The images are peeling off and the edges of the cards are shredding. I am not a tarot reader. I'm not hard on my cards. The deck should have not deteriorated so quickly. I love the art. The modern twist is something I like. The cardstock was a big miss. When looking to buy a new deck, seek out reviews about the quality and ease of shuffling. Lesson was learned.

I like the images. The deck is pretty. No one stays young forever, so there should be more age variety. I didn't expect a feminist deck when I was called old fashioned. The Kings are made up of women along with other characters. If you ask me, that was taking it too far. I'm curios as to why 2 women are wearing masks in the 5 of swords card since the deck came out way before this epidemic sprung forth. Ijs.

The artwork and quality of the cards is great, however a majority of my cards are printed off center. It is disappointing that the images are not centered and that so many of them are. It's frustrating that a lot of my cards are printed closer to the right side. If the spacing wasn't an issue, I'd be happy with this deck. The cards are beautiful and the quality is there.

Amazing diversity!

I wanted something modern to start my collection. This is a wonderful take on the Rider deck, the art is wonderful, and the pictures have been re made to be more modern. There is diversity in the cards. I love it. I didn't think the booklet would be a good booklet for it. cheap white paper is stapled together There was an extra card when I opened it to look at it. I will keep that card around to read when I feel down. I can't wait to use and practice with this deck.

Amazing art

My friend and I used to have a fun girls' night when we were teens. The tarot artist is from Ohio and I got this instead of other tarot packs. I got even better. The representation in the art is amazing. All women are of all shapes and sizes. I am very pleased to support this artist because they all look great. The general appearance of the cards is still classic despite the modern touches. It is a perfect blend. This set is too good to not recommend.

I was excited for this deck but I have duplicate of the Magician, Justice, the World, and 10 of the wands. The Chariot, the Star, 6 wands, and 2 cups are missing. I would change my review if I could just get the missing cards.

I was disappointed to see that all of the images are female. This is the only downside to the deck, it changes the meaning of the original deck which is based on it. If you are looking for a more inclusive update to the original art, you should know that this deck has a major divergence. Overall, I am very pleased. The coloring is beautiful, the art is well done, and the modern touches are witty.

This deck is my favorite. It says my name. It is my soul mate. We are all one. The deck is inclusive of women of color. Not just one in the back but a punch. Someone else said we are all in this deck.
