   Great crossword book
Since, like many, I've been spending more time at home, I thought I would give it a try. Although I have always found the NY Times Sunday puzzle almost impossible, I discovered they had books of their puzzles for each day of the week. Monday being the easiest and so on, increasing in difficulty with the days of the week. These are very well made books, Sir Richard said. I love the spiral binding, Tunick said. It's great to pass the time and keep the old brain sharp, he said.

Not Perfect, but Good Enough for Beginners
Overall this book of crosswords was a blast to complete, but it wasn't without its frustrations. The Good The puzzles were fun, engaging, and slightly challenging, but did not break the bank. The cover was also very attractive, although I'm not a fan of spiral bound books. As someone new to the crossword puzzle, I found this to be the right amount of challenge without being impossible. In the end, I was able to complete every puzzle. However, there was no indication when the answer would be made up of multiple words. I'd be willing to try another edition, but I'll be more aware of what I'm getting this time.

   For the beginner
This is great for the beginner, or anyone who wants to try their hand at ballroom dancing. There were only a few that I had to look up at. What I love most about this book is the layout, especially the fold-out panels. Each puzzle has one or two colored squares.

New York Times Crosswaord Puzzle Book
This was a Christmas present for my granddaughter. It arrived in plenty of time for Christmas giving and she was very pleased with the present, Mr Hughes said. It was a present she had requested, Melissa said.

   Pages are suuuuuper thin!
The pages are like bible pages thin-or, I guess one could say newspaper thin.. The ink bleeds through to the next page's crossword. This would likely pose a problem for sharp pencil users, or users inclined toward erasing.

   Great intro to crosswords
I brought this book on vacation to do crosswords with my boyfriend. I stink at them, but this is a great intro, Raymond said.

Not very bad crosswords, hopeless printing
Although this book contains a lot of “contemporary” garbage, such as far-fetched clues, extremely rare or non-existing words, foreign language words, and even clues from pop culture hinting at some character on a TV show, movie, play, novel, sports team or even a car, most of the puzzles are basically workable, but there is a critical problem with print. The book is printed on such extremely thin paper that not only you can see the print on the back side of a page but also, unless you work on a desk or in bed, the book bends so much that you have difficulty writing on it.

Best of the Week Crosswords from NYT
The book is a great introduction to crosswords. Not too difficult, not too difficult, Bruno told the judge. I would like to see the rest of the series.

Perfect for a low key challenge
This is great for people who want to use their brain without straining to the point where they can't function. I love a good crossword, and nobody does not like New York Times. I've always liked the Monday book because I can finish a puzzle in a sitting.

   Good for a beginner.
These are easy by NYT standards but not compared with most puzzles you'd find elsewhere. Some were more frustrated than others, causing some inconvenience while others were quite easy. After completing this book, I ordered the book Monday with two hundred puzzles. Thus far they've all been more challenging than I'm ready for, and I have no aspirations of doing Sunday puzzles! From what I've seen, the non- NYT puzzle books are too difficult so I'll probably give Monday books another try.
