An absolute must for a teen with OCD
Let me spill the beans, I have written just about every book and workbook by Jon. His books for OCD walk this beautiful balance between presenting evidence-based information and treatment about OCD while doing it in a way that is relatable and applicable. Some books seem too clinical, while others seem to not use the best science. Like his other books, this OCD workbook for teens finds the perfect balance. As an OCD specialist, I use this book as a resource with all my clients. Even after I have provided OCD therapy for years, I learned a ton through this book! The language used is a perfect for teens. It is relatable and speaks in a way to connect to teenagers and understand the material. And let's not forget the illustrations.
