THE perfect winter chiller!
Derived From Web , Feb 27, 2022
Hank Phillippi Ryan said that Heather Gudenkauf has created a modern-day In Cold Blood. Woah, y'all. Heather proved me wrong every time, and my mind was running in circles. This got under my skin. I was pulled in and spit out. During our first winter snowstorm, I couldn't of chosen a better time to read it. I was bundled in my blanket with a cup of tea and trying to figure out what was going on. The past and present crash head-on and I loved it. I read in one sitting. Not to be missed. It's!

Excessive name usage.

Within the first 20% of the book, a character's name has been used 130 times. It makes me want to stop reading. I hope the book will be worth it.

Gudenkauf's Best Book Ever
Derived From Web , Feb 7, 2022
Heather Gudenkauf is my favorite author. I found one of her books and then read them all. This is her latest psychological thriller and it was wonderful. This novel is fast-paced and had me so nervous at times that I had to close it after a chapter because I was afraid of what was next. I could not breathe like one of the characters. You are surprised by the end of the story. Gudenkauf's writing is amazing. I will be patient, but I have to wait until her next one.

Layered, Beautiful, Thrilling
Derived From Web , Jan 27, 2022
The author's best read is another bestseller. The story was so complex that I could not stop reading it. It is dynamic if you read it all at one time. She pulled the components together. I have always been an avid reader but due to life circumstances I have only read one book in the last 18 months. I decided to dip my toe in this one. A book can be a great gift. That ride is amazing. Enjoy the read! It's!
