waited months for this book and was not disappointed! Combined with the Rich Roll podcast, this book helped define and transform me into a more devoted husband, understanding father, dedicated friend! Even if I'm still struggling with a plant-based lifestyle at the moment! Reading this book not only inspires me, but also confirms the mindset that although I am not completely there yet, I am on the right path! It is NOT JUST a cookbook! This book is absolutely amazing. It is obvious from the start that this book is written with love and by the heart and not just to make a profit. I never met Rich or Julie, but I came across a video of them on MindBodyGreen and have ever been a loyal follower. I have been mostly vegetarian for years and still find this book extremely educational and inspiring. It also answers questions in an honest way, that you won 't find in too many places, and provides extremely helpful and practical tips. Rich & Julie thank you for this amazing gift! By the way, I expected a book like this to be two or three times as expensive as it is.

I can 't say enough about this book! I have recommended it to my friends and family who want to adopt a vegan diet, but have the misconception that plant-based food is boring. This book proves that vegan food is anything but boring! There is a nice mix of hardy recipes. I purchased some unique ingredients that the recipes called for and wow, tastes you have never experienced before! I, however, follow them on Instagram so that I see a lot of pictures in this way.

A beautiful motivational book. However, I did not find it practical enough for what I needed. For example, it provides a very general outline of how to make radulans, but not step by step instructions. Great photos and nice for the coffee table.

The information and recipes in this book are helpful, but came off the binder only after opening a few times. At this point, the majority of the pages are completely loose from the hardcover and binder and it is more frustration than anything else. Have to give this book a 1-star rating simply because of the poor quality of this book. Take this away and it is a 4 or 5 star product.

Update pages have fallen with moderate use. As I stated on their other cookbook, the fact that they don 't list the prep time is insane. Like the 15th time this has happened, I'm about to start making this for the first time for dinner and step 2 is let the cashews sit for 4 hours ''. So now I try the cashews til tmrw and sit again. This is one of the most beautiful books I ever tried, but more importantly, every single recipe we have owned is phenomenal. Highly recommended! Only suggestion for the next books is please put up the prep time. After a 12 hour work day, I spent 3 12 hours making a rushed version of the veggie burgers. But every recipe we have done has been incredibly delicious.
