   Not a listing of carbs and foods
This book has a great deal of information about carbohydrates, but does not have lists of food and the carbohydrates that contain them. If this is ehat you are looking for, do not order.

   There is not a zero stars
The title of this book is not what is inside, but a dissertation, not a carb counter. So disappointed '', I am so.

   Mostly info
I thought this book tends to repeat himself a lot and kept referring to apps that I should get. Though there are parts I liked, I did not find it as practical as I hoped. Rather than include recipes, it wants me to have access to them via other means, and that frustrated me, rather than making it easier. However, I will use it carefully, and it was not terribly expensive. I think it depends on each individual as to what they can get from it.

I'm very unhappy with this book and sometimes missed the return date. I was looking for a Carb Counter book with lists of food and quantities for carbs. This book does not contain Car values, although the title is called Carb Counting. It is a general book that gives you basic info by saying eat more vegetables, stay away from white anything ; fruit is a carb. I was extremely disappointed '' in the book.

I expected this to have foods listed with actual carbohydrate values. I have wasted my money. It tells just about diabetes.

I thought I should have read the description, as I thought this was a list of foods with corresponding carbs, not a book on how many carbs we should have, etc.

I expected not what I was. I expected to see lists of foods and carbohydrate counts. Just a bunch of info that I know already. The title is betraying. Don 't bother with the purchasing.
