This book has changed my life completely! This was actually the second book I purchased because I am constantly lending my first book to other people, so I needed one that would permanently stay in my home. Mark Sisson made the transition to a primal lifestyle so easy to understand. By following his plan, I lost 11lbs in the first 21 days. I continued his plan and lost 35 lbs! by 4 months later, I had lost! Until this day-three years later-I still follow the primal lifestyle and wouldn 't have it in another way. Often I refer back to this book for refreshers. Literally, I recommend to everyone I know!

JRE got me on board that guy. Legit is a legit product. I always hated the idea of diets, but the reason I like it is the details they give about why some foods should be avoided. Just buy the book, train yourself and try the 21 days out. If you see results within that time, it means that you are still cheating somewhere. Be very strict with yourself and change your life.

This book is loved. Easy to read and have incorporated many of the principles into my own diet and lost 15 pounds. Able to maintain weight easily after cheating a few days by just getting back in the program. 6 - Pack abs at 54 is great and now I eat the fats and proteins I eliminated years ago from my diet.

This book has lots of interesting info, and it is loaded with photos of food types and exercise positions, etc. I am interested in Primalpaleo and read it as a supplement to a Robb Wolf book I have, but it is also good for those who are new to Primal - living.

I was debating whether to buy this book or the Primal Blueprint book, which was a very in depth explanation of all things PrimalPaleo..., which was cool already from Mark's site, which also provides a lot of information. So I decided to go with this book instead, which other reviewers said was a scaled-down version that includes a specific guide and info to get you primal as quickly as possible. This book provided me with a good factual background of Paleo lifestyles, as well as a 21-day guide to Paleo in an easy to follow format, complete with instructions. It was everything I needed to know and got me moving in a very short amount of time in the right direction.

Mark Sisson knows what he is talking about. That is how much I love this book. I have had great success with this program and will always be grateful to Mark for his books and website! His common sense approach to eating healthy and staying active makes sense. If everyone lived the PrimalPaleo lifestyle, we would never have to see or hear another commercial Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig again! We can dream :

I read the book Primal Blueprint and was hoping that this would be a detailed 21-day help to implement what I learned. It is instead a book filled with stories from the past and a summary of the larger book. It would be good for someone who does not want to read the larger book.

I understand everything he says and I especially like his pragmatic approach, which is to do the best you can with what is available. If you can not afford or find organic meat or grassfed produce, do your best with supermarket meat and produce. Like almost everyone we know, my family struggles with time more than knowledge. Eating well takes a lot of time and this does not happen in your car easily, as you get from point A to B during your 12 to 14 hour days!
