A well written and laid book that covers many topics, but is based on common sense and realistic solutions to both lifestyle and dietary topics.
   great book
This book was really helpful when I was on a diet before the pandemic. It had great information and excellent recipes.
   Life changer!!!
My entire approach to diet and lifestyle changed. I have previously experimented with keto and paleo diets, but this book has taken all the best information and made it very applicable, understandable and balanced. It is a guide to sustainable, healthy eating, in the way we were really meant to eat. The health benefits are both real and physical, and are absolutely mental and physical! If I had a top ten list of must-read books for creating a better life, this would be on it!
   Too bad, inappropriate pics.
I was interested in reading this book and I am sure that it has great information to share. Unfortunately, the author found it necessary to present his health promoting effects in a way that objects women by putting a scantily clad woman on his dusty cover-author bio. I don 't care about what my wife or my girlfriend wears at the pool, but I don 't want my children exposed for the sake of a book to pornographic material.
   This lifestyle change is incredible, so much more than a diet
I like the integration of data and the comparison between conventional wisdom and the primal way. The book provided me with the information to make an informed decision about what, I believe, is a healthy lifestyle for me. I am 58 years old and I feel 60 pounds lost and feel better than I have in years! My wife also adopted this lifestyle and lost 55 pounds.
   Don’t do the fad diets. This is the scientifically proven way to health.
The depth of his expertise and knowledge is demonstrated throughout the book. Understanding the physical interactions with the foods you fuel your body with are vital in determining your path to health. Mark explains the benefits of following the Primal Way of Life in an easy and convincing way. If you feel less than optimal no matter what age, start changing your lifestyle and eating habits by following Mark's advice, blog, website, books, etc...

I bought it and read it for several friends and family members. Mark has done a tremendous job through his book, blog and products of teaching people how to live back to the way we evolved to thrive. Get healthy, feel stronger, and enjoy life!
