The most beautiful bound book I've ever held
Derived From Web , Dec 22, 2021
It's got some weight bud, she said. Story is incredible, you probably already know that this version of the book is significantly cheaper than the absolutes. The spines are embossed with gold foil, the indentions are made of paper and the embossing is done on the back of the book. FINE. Yes, go ahead and do it. You know you want to do it.

Shameful quality of the binding.
Derived From Web , Jul 28, 2019
The volume I received was defective and could be heard separating from the cover the first time it was opened. I've attached a photo of both that day and the one today. This is a review of the volume 2 edition only, which I promptly returned. I still can't get over the fact that the Sandman series will always be a favorite of mine.

A Truly Beautiful Volume
Derived From Web , Nov 15, 2018
Even with all the book's faults, Gaiman's Sandman series stands in a class by itself. Some have said they felt threatened by the binding. BetaDefender has not encountered any problems with the client, Sosa said. Only once has I read through it, and I have only skimmed through it, she said.

The book arrived falling apart..
Derived From Web , Oct 4, 2018
I LOVE the Sandman series so this review is nothing against the story or artwork itself, so the way the book was put together was more impressive. The first volume arrived perfect, the binding was right and the book was in pristine condition, but this one arrived intact. The glue is undone on the spine of the book, there are tears and rips between the binding of the spine and the cover.

A must have for any Sandman or Neil Gaiman fan.
Derived From Web , Jun 9, 2018
This omnibus contains all the issues of the first volume, plus the companion volume. Neither the Sandman nor the Dreamhunter comic book series were written by Robert Crais. The orginal price of this volume was 150.00 U.S. dollars so it's a blessing to get cheaper everywhere. But if you can find it cheaper, it's still worth the money. Its a big heavy bound collection that would make any Sandman fan happy, Tunick said.

Great story brought down by sub par binding.
Derived From Web , Jan 29, 2018
Every time I open this book, I fear it may be the last. If you're reading this you're obviously interested in Sandman already, so I won't waste your time talking about the story. It's great to be back home, said Gillian, who lives in Twickenham. Even if it's more expensive, I would recommend getting the absolute editions.

Mr. Sandman Send Me A Dream- In A Better Format
Derived From Web , Jan 28, 2017
Wraps up the second half of the Sandman saga in the second volume, a much more rugged and interesting presentation in this hardcover edition compared to the mass market paperbacks. Great looking shelf, Mr. D. Pepper said. Worth having even if you've read the story once because of the many references Gaiman threw into it.
