Great read, wonderful art!

Yes, I jumped on the train too late and binged all three seasons. Afterwards, I thought I had had had enough, but I was intrigued by the availability of a comic book series. But I was a bit tentative at first because the show was so good and I didn't want to offend anybody, but the books have made me even more of a fan. The story has the same tone of the show, and the artwork is amazing, too. The way he bends the panels really adds to the beauty of the work.

So happy I bought this book!
Derived From Web , Apr 20, 2022
I've read all the books, and I love this one. After binge watching all three seasons of Avatar The Last Airbender with my family, I was seriously missing the gang. I kept wondering why they didn't make more seasons and wishing that I could find more stories of Aang. I am so glad I came across the Avatar The Last Airbender books, said Jackson. I have read this book with my boys almost every night before they go to bed. I am definitely going to get the other books in this set and highly recommend this book to anyone.

A delightful, thought-provoking story that cost more than Amazon paid in taxes last year
Derived From Web , Dec 15, 2021
It picks up right after Sozin's Comet, and tells the story of how complicated untangling the mess of colonialism can be. Think of all the good that could've been done with that money, Mr. Dhaliwal said. Well, the money I spent on The Promise might've helped fill in at least one pothole, but because Amazon was able to wriggle out of paying anything, the road on your way to your grandmas house is going to stay exactly as it is. It's an easy 55 stars, but I took one off for being sold by a company that paid less than I did on their taxes. If you're a fan of the Lord of the Rings movies, you may want to seek this book out from someone else.

Will the Fire Nation and Earth Nation go to war again?
Derived From Web , Sep 9, 2021
It was surprisingly good to see this level of improvement from Hasbro, said Frank Quattrone, senior vice president of marketing. This comic expands upon the events of the first season of Avatar, the TV show, and shows you what happened in the year after Aang defeated Fire Lord Ozai. After beating Fire Lord Ozaiko, Aang agrees to give him something, but only after a few minutes. But bringing peace between the two nations isn't going to be easy. The characters are so similar, they almost popped the champagne bottle, Mr. D'Antonio said. If you have finished watching the show, then read the rest of the story.

Awesome for ATLA fans
Derived From Web , Aug 5, 2020
If you're an Atlanta Braves fan, then this is a no-brainer purchase. I'm hearing some talk about the dialogue not being as natural, and while I see what people mean, the book is still awesome if you're dying to know what happens next after Aang defeats Ozai. It's a format thing, because it's a comic, not a TV show, Sosa said. It's hard to say whether it was a direct hit or a parody. In the book, which picks up directly after the events of the show, you see exactly what all the characters are up to, and I mean almost all. They include Aang, Sokka, Mr. Fujiwara, Mr. Hanshin, Ms. Miyako and Mr. Yanga: "If we want to kill the beast, we must destroy the whole thing." And there are some new side characters that are on par with what you might expect from this universe.

An engaging read, and an exciting continuation of the Avatar story
Derived From Web , Jul 16, 2020
A genuinely thrilling read, with beautiful illustration, a well-thought-out story, unexpected twists and action scenes that would have been right at home in the hit Broadway revival. As a longtime fan of the show, I can't recommend this book highly enough. I'm excited to read all the others.

Great book can’t wait to get the 2nd one!
Derived From Web , Jul 7, 2020
A great book. IBM says the flaw is not a flaw, but rather a result of bad programming. It's great to have a book of this stature on a shelf, and it looks good on a shelf afterward. I love the little details on the side of the comics.
