   Seriously BUY THIS BOOK!
I don't know what boundaries look like, how to set them, what happens when I do, and they aren't received. Nedra explains what a boundary is, how to set them up, and how someone who doesn't want to respect your boundary will challenge your boundaries. The book has given me a lot of confidence and clarity. Will recommend this book to many people. Nedra, thank you for the years of experience and sharing your wisdom with us!

Love, love, love this book. I am working with my therapy clients on how to use it. Setting healthy boundaries has been brought into the mainstream discourse by Needra. Hope the author continues to give an honest perspective on establishing healthy boundaries.

   Use this workbook with the "Set Boundaries, Find Peace" book
I had originally listened to the audible of this book that goes with the workbook, but I realized that it would be better with the actual book so that I could take notes and respond to the questions. It's easy to use, even without the book, but it makes more sense with the background. The author thought about how her book would work with the workbook. If you want to setup better boundaries in your life, I would recommend this book for you.

I bought this book for my therapy clients. Poor boundaries are the source of a lot of relationship distress. This book is easy to read and implement. It is a great resource for anyone who is struggling in their relationships.

   Good practice that is ready when you are
There is a timely personal application in the workbook format. It can be worked on over time. I got one for my best friend who is less inclined to read a book than to have a daily journal, and she's liking it.

   Yay! Finally here!
As a way to get your foot in the boundary door, set boundaries find peace is a great companion. If that doesn't sum up the book, I don't know what will. This book is full of great info with space to reflect and personalize it, and encouragement to take breaks as needed. Having a book to access whenever needed is the cherry on top of Nedra's wise sundae.

   Great for clinicians!
The Set Boundaries Workbook can be used to create, clarify and understand boundaries. Supporting clients in doing so as well. There are descriptions of the importance of boundaries and why they might be hard to set and reinforce. The activities help to understand the concepts as well as an area to reflect on what you've learned.

   So much practical information/application.
I was waiting for the workbook after reading "Set Boundaries, Find Peace" Nedra gives a lot of information but it's easy to understand. There are many ways to practice. When you might need to reflect on some tough emotions, she gives space and acknowledgment. I recommend it to everybody. This book was needed by us. It's!

   A true guide to peace with objective examples
Nedra's previous piece titled Set Boundaries, Find Peace was the reason why I purchased this workbook. This was a great read. Boundary issues and how to overcome the challenges to establish and maintain healthy boundaries are some of the exercises contained in the workbook. Nedra provided objective examples of how to put these ideas into action. I felt like I had a personal cheerleader, Nedra, who was rooting for me along the way, when I used the workbook for further self reflection. I will recommend this journey to many. Excellent, Nedra.
