Absolutely love this book and the wonderful recipes
I absolutely love this book and the wonderful recipes. I purchased more books and workout supplements from Legion Athletics because of this book. It's great to have a book like this to help people make changes physically and look and feel their best!

   Needs another round of editing.
I'm not sure whether I can trust the recipes. After flipping through the recipes, I settled on making the no-bake matcha green tea fudge first. Whole almond milk, not including any added sugars, goes into the smoothie. Realizing this, I realize that the recipe leaves out the quantity of matcha and protein powder that is supposed to be added. It's just that I could probably wing it and make something work, but it's not a good sign for the rest of the cookbook. It will probably have to be recalculated to make sure I trust the product. 0 3171616 This is a total scam, so I'll probably have to recalculate all the nutrition info.

   Fell for it
This book is terrible. Aside from that, you can't tell it was thrown together without much thought or review. They often complain about misplaced photos, spelling errors, and almost stock photos being reused in multiple places. Look elsewhere for more information.

Recommends high protein diet but offers high carb recipes
Sir Richard was speaking from the comfort of his home, not far from the Jubilee Mosque. It's a lot of reading, too. The audio thing is, I almost missed it. He says he has lost 45 percent of his body fat. However, his recipes are not conducive to this. Only four cereals had more protein than carb: breakfast, lunch and snacks. Some were even more effusive. The majority of Americans eat less than 5 percent of calories from fat. Of those, 12 recipes had higher carbs than proteins. The fat content of the pudding was higher than the rest of the food. However, it would be very difficult if not impossible to be at least 45% in your day following combination of his recipes. It's great to have fat, carbs and protein, Graham said.

   Couldn't put it down
I've read the book, and I'm not ashamed. This is the second book of his I have read and he has convinced me that I haven't tried any yet but I look forward to it.

   Lots of nutrition info.
Mike did a great job of presenting the information and recipes. I have yet to try the recipes, but they look very inviting and easy to prepare, Melissa said.

Just the kick in the tail we needed
Really great book, said Dr. Goin. You do the math, you exercise, you eat the meals that align with your goals, and you enjoy the ride to better health, he said. Simple math. This book was just the kick in the tail we needed, Mr. Dhaliwal said.

   Great informational book!
Now this book is for sale. I've read all the books, but this is by far the best. It is the answer to my food prepping prayers! No wonder Wolfgang Puck calls his restaurant "the best."

Not just for getting shredded - also for suddenly single non-cooking guys!
I never really 'cooked', I could make breakfast and do the store bought stuff, but it had an ingredient list, forget it. After a couple weeks I was rummaging through Amazon and came across this book. It had to be easy to understand and do, Raymond said. I don't plan on becoming shredded, but I enjoy Mike's recipes and they are easy to follow, most of them not too many ingredients.

Buyer check your edition! I received the 2013 edition, not the 2016 edition pictured.
Amazon has received five stars for the book and zero stars for the kindle store. I purchased the book in July and looked forward to the update, he said. Under my kindle management, I did not show an update for this book despite the fact that the copyright of this book was actually 2016 and had numerous updates for other purchased books. Without an option to update under kindle management, I figured I had to purchase the new edition, which is fine, but the kindle store kept presenting a message saying I had already purchased the item in 2014. Thanks, very much. It has outraged booksellers who insist on selling the new edition. The problem was fixed when the kindle store charged me and delivered the 2013 version twice. I ended up purchasing the book from iBooks to get the correct edition and requested a refund for the two incorrect editions.
