   Extremely happy I bought this book
I bought this book because it was so good. What's funny is, I had it for almost 2 weeks before I even looked at it _ procrastination, no time, won't work, lost interest, whatever! It took me a while to pick it up and I started reading. The book was written by Mary Elizabeth Winstead about her experiences as a teenager. However, I haven't finished the book and, as of now, some small suggested changes I made in my daily life made a huge difference! Simply apply what you read and you won't be disappointed!

   Saving our marriage!
I had my doubts he'd open it or read it front to back. His wife, married to Moore by her second husband, said the book has saved their marriage. We have had a psychiatrist for my same problem with him and now I see how he thinks differently of me. We've talked about what I need from him relationally and where I can see his point of view, he said. Wow! That was pretty impressive, right? I had to ask for his forgiveness big time. Thanks to Pauley, we are very thankful for this book.

If you really need this book, you are probably the kind of person that won't actually use it. You will sit down with full intention to do it but get distracted by phone calls, texts or emails saying, "Oh maybe I need to do that book again about a week later." All Rights Reserved.

Set up phone reminders, get familyfriends involved, short goals and breaks and rewards. It's the same advice in all sections of the book, with some client stories thrown in for specifics. However, this book is not a good book for solutions. However, the book is good for a general understanding of executive function skills and how they are often presented in reality, many times with a pairing of a positive trait. If you are often late or have a difficult time keeping track of time, you are more likely to be flexible and able to adapt to new situations, Hollingworth said. Someone who is always on time may be less flexible and less adaptable, in that one minor thing can ruin their entire day and the rest of their schedule, Sosa said.

   Pretty Good
I was in a bike accident on Dec.19, 2003 at about 35-40 mph changed my life 8 broken ribs, 8 left leg fractures, fractured c4 vertebrae, 5 subdural hematomas, and 12 weeks in a hospital. The team of DR's kept telling me my likely biggest impacts would be to my Executive skills, which I consider to be 95% normal Executive Functions. The book helped me analyze and put into place practices that I use daily, Thibault said. Those with mild to moderate TBI may benefit from a combination of CBT and physical therapy.

   I loved it! Very useful and helped me gain insight

   If you need help, this book is really there for you
I had never heard of executive development, he said. I was recommended the original Smart but Scattered, but this is much better for adults. It also has forms, worksheets, and other materials to help you with your research. The online version is great for those of us who are not reading the book.

   ADHD friendly!
As an adult with ADHD, I struggle with a lot of the executive functions listed in this book. It has been a wonderful resource for giving me on how to help retrain my brain to function more normally in a work environment, he said. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who struggles with any executive function. Even if you're not that good at math, at least the quiz inside would give you an idea of exactly where you are. I've passed it on to many friends.
