Absolutely marvelous and indispensable book. The beauty of it ...
Derived From Web , Jun 2, 2022
Absolutely marvelous and indispensable book, the beauty of it is that it can be implemented by virtually anyone, and thereby has a high probability of failure, but Kaizen, based on Buddhist philosophy, can hardly fail, either it succeeds or nothing happens.

Outstanding -Real world approach to implementing permanent change!!
Derived From Web , Jun 2, 2022
I bought the book to my iPad and downloaded 10 copies for all my managers. The contrasts between the Japanese and American psyches helps the reader to bring it home when considering change initiatives, especially in the noisy, competitive, and distracted business environments in which we find ourselves today. You should read it along with Chip and Dan Heath's book, Switch. Great read!

VERY useful for creating lasting change!!
Derived From Web , Jul 22, 2020
The principle idea of this book is that in order to create a lasting change, you should take VERY small steps actions. This book is powerful, but simple. The premise has been successfully used by many successful people in changing even deeply ingrained habits. This book is focused more on how Kaizen's main ideas can be applied in a work setting. I highly recommend '' this book.

Big steps yield small results. Even in relationships, breaking things down is so beneficial. I have gotten so much more playful since I have employed the easy and simple techniques that I am now dancing through situations.
