I loved this book and so did my kids and daycare ...
I've had kids and I absolutely love reading them. The illustrations are wonderful and the story is great, too.
   Excellent and Accessible!
This is a great book, and I recommend it to anyone. The book is so good, my 4 year old and 2 year old love it. We are working on collecting all the books in the Tales series.
Great book! Understandable for my 5y/0
These books are precious, they say. The book is divided into three sections: "The Bible," "The Lord's Supper" and "The Last Supper." It's more of an explanation of application and truth than just telling the story. My 5 year old LOVES them and often talks about things we've learned through them.
We're huge fans of the book and we love the Coens. My son, who is 5 1/2, reads it every day. Only a few weeks ago, Beckham was saying how much he loved his son. I'm delighted the book has received such a great deal of critical acclaim, and really well illustrated and written, by Brian Selznick. We love all the books in this collection, Rowling said. He also emphasized the need for parents to "avoid complacency" and "be willing to share Christ with little ones." Even if the book is not as good as its creator, I can see us keeping reading it for many years.
Great except don’t color and size
I'm in love with all the illustrations and the writing. The pictures are from the book "Jesus" by John 15:13: "Let the little ones follow." Four stars because I think the black font needs to be lighter on every page. Even with time, it's a little hard to read.
   Gospel conversation to praise Jesus!
I enjoyed reading it with my grandson. It has provided opportunity for wonderful gospel conversations, he said. I've loved it so much that we bought the whole series and look forward to more! Thanks for the paper! Torn pages and other problems come with repeated taping. It's great to have such a quality product. The Rev. Therese Menez, who heads the archdiocese's Women's Initiative, said the archdiocese has received hundreds of complaints about priests.
Scripture-based Story Time for little ones.
This book is a great way to share the story of when Jesus calmed the storm with little ones. The book sticks to the Scripture, but helps clarify what it means by saying that Jesus calmed the storm in the end. The illustrations are great, Mr. Booher said. Even with its small stature, the book is short enough to share with younger children without skimping on the story.
