   Good but...
The author has high pressure, as cooking level is almost identical on almost all recipes. This is a mistake! There are some good recipes in this book, but you must cook at a setting other than high pressure or you will receive a burn alert.

   Well written and has pictures!
I have the newest with the crisping lid, but this helps with the other functions. The recipes are also fantastic! I am a casino chef in Las Vegas and during the Quarantine I gained 30lbs, so I want to lighten up before going back to work. This is a cookbook for the class.

   Not Worth The Money
You will do much better with recipes and how to use information about the Instant Pot by watching free YouTube videos.

   Better than a Restaurant
Everything I eat out of it tastes amazing and better than restaurant-quality. Specifically, I made the Tomato Red-Pepper Bisque, which was the best tomato soup I ever had. Then I made the Southern Smothered chicken, which fell apart and was just so delicious. Then I made the whole chicken in a fuss, which was fun, tender and tasty. Everything was again better than a restaurant. I can 't wait to try the strawberry soup, Cheesy baked potato casserole, glazed honey-Lemon cake!

I purchased this cookbook for my college-aged grandson. I therefore return it.

   Worthy of a spot in your kitchen
After Falling in love with the first Ultimate Instant Pot cookbook, I couldn t preorder this book fast enough. I am not disappointed ''. Until now, I made whole chicken in a harrow, then bone, and the author recommends using the carcass of the chicken. Then I used bone broth to make the Greek lentil soup. It was so good. There are so many recipes I can 't wait to try - new and interesting flavors. Best of all heALTHY WHOLE INGREDIENTS is the best. I know that this book will be equally loved as its sister.

This weekend I received the book and made 3 great recipes, and they were random! Looking forward to making more and enjoying more!
