Kindle for PC Version does not work
Derived From Web , Jul 21, 2020
To Publisher, I have provided a star rating because I am unable to open the Kindle version in Kindle for PC Software. It hangs just. Once this is resolved, I will revise my rating to 5 stars. I am able to read it in the Amazon Cloud, but I prefer reading this book on the Kindle for the PC. Content The book is a life changer and provides immediate hope and will enable you to change your state of mind towards an upward trajectory, especially in this Covid Era. Continued downbeat mood will push you towards a path of a downward spiral. This book provides numerous ideas and tricks to improve your course for the better. Alex Korb is a Genius style writer, without any technical mumbo-jumbo, and explains neuroscience in a simple way of why you feel the way you do and how you can improve.

Superb - recommendations and explanations are superb. Actually, if you have this book, the text is not necessary. This is in opposition to most pairings.

Clarification on questionnaires.....
Derived From Web , May 17, 2019
Confused... the PHQ-9 on page 7 is listed. If you answer to every question with mild depression, you have not at all. The same is true for the GAD-7 questionnaire on page 8. If you answer to every question with mild anxiety, you have no answer. Can anyone clarify this? It appears that every single person taking these two would have mild depression or mild anxiety.

No psychobabble : No more reading positive thinking self-help books and trying to imitate the behavior they said I could achieve. I am terrified as I read the introduction. I know that this is the tool. I am afraid of my PTSD - paralysis. We go here then, people. What an incredible publishing achievement! I'm going to do this... anyway. )
