This is the first cook book that I bought for myself. I am a creative person who does not like to cook or be creative in the kitchen. I have been slowly adding more vegan meals into our daily lives and I can say that this has been so much fun and delicious! All dishes are simple to prepare and full of flavor! My husband has made my husband love every dish we have so far! Very simple to understand and follow the instructions.

So far I tried two recipes. The broccoli - cheese soup was fantastic and the potatoes with rosemary sauce was also amazing! The 8 ingredient limit is wonderful and makes cooking simple, but the dishes do not lack flavor due to only 8 ingredients. Brandi wisely chooses the ingredients for these dishes. This book is perfect for non-vegetarians or vegans! I recommend 100%!

So glad '' I bought this book! The recipes are good, and she gives you the confidence that you can actually go vegan. I reached out to the author with a question and received a speedy response from her. In my house we work hard to accommodate my husband's strict free gluten diet and I love finding great resources to help us keep our mealtimes exciting. This is one must buy!

Having followed Brandi's blog for a while, I was super excited when she announced this cookbook and it has quickly become my favorite! The book is gluten-free, oil-free and contains substitutions to accommodate allergies. Easy, simple recipes to follow with no weird or hard to find make cooking a cinch and the food tastes amazing! Pictures for every recipe give you a great visual of what your finished dish should look like, and there are also tons of notes and tips for substitutions. I highly recommend this cook for everyone from a beginner to a pro chef who doesn 't have a lot of time, but still wants to make delicious food!

I've always hated cooking... Literally. But if you are wfpb, you have to eat healthy to cook! I made soups, mashed potatoes, cakes and muffins from this book and were all delicious and my family loved them too! The almond butter - chocolate chip muffins are my favorite! If you struggle to find good recipes, this book will help you! It is a mist for vegan and wfpb kitchens!

Here are the recipes surprisingly delicious! The sauces are great and taste easy, and the food recipes are a delight! Don 't get me wrong, I am not a vegan or vegetarian, I love a good steak or burger, but the food you make from this book is quite tastey and delicious. A good recipe book for anyone!
