This is a great short read, packed with everything you need to know about a plant-based eating style. It is worth a read. Happy Mew Year and good health to you with lots of energy and lots of money left in your pocket.

   Super easy read and vey imformative
A great, easy to read! Im not much of a book reader, but it was really easy and separated nicely, so that I did not feel like I was fighting to get to the end of a chaper. This has really everything you need to know about a plant-based vegan diet! I've been a junk food vegan for 3 years and am excited to start a healthier lifestyle.
