   Great Flower Girl Gift
I bought this for my daughter who was going to be a flower girl at my wedding. She liked it. When it comes to being a Flower Girl, little girls are always excited and this is a great choice for a gift or in advance to keep the excitement going.

The story is just an okay one. The synopsis was nice, but the full story was not executed as I was expecting. I could' ve done without the mention of exploding birds and the little girl calling her dress ugly.

   Wondeful Read for Small Girls
This is another book written by these two authors and it made my day. I was a tom boy, so I can identify with Geraldine. The story tells about a little girl who knows she is a fairy princess in her heart but enjoys life doing what she enjoys best, being an active girl. This is the ideal story for little girls since they love princesses, and it is so similar to that of Geraldine. One can be what she wants to be, and imagination has much to do with that. I enjoy sharing the book with children who enjoy listening to someone read. Extras are usually given as gifts. My granddaughter doesn't speak English, so I wish it was available in Spanish.

I don't love this book as much as the first one, but it's still great and we read it often. I like that Geraldine is portrayed as a normal little girl, not as a traditional princess waiting for her prince and preening in the mirror.
