A New Favorite!

My 2 year old daughter loves this book! She enjoys counting along with each page and has learned how to read the words for each number since each page shows the numerical number in the corner and also the written word in the text (i.e. 8 and eight). We have a lot of fun making it really interactive- reading the text on the pages, counting the number of breakfast food items that are pictured, then reading the name of each type of food. We have the others in this series too (lunch, dinner and snacks) and they are her new favorite books! She wants to read them over and over.

Basic but overwhelming
Derived From Web , Feb 21, 2022
It has basic foods, but a lot of it. Not really relatable because we don 't eat the foods mentioned for breakfast.

My granddaughter likes this new book by Eric Carle. My grand children have written most of the books that he has admired. As always, good quality.
