   Humorous, engaging & well-developed book
The Way I Heard It is a collection of Mike Rowe's short stories from his podcast of the same name with a mix of personal anecdotes. An autobiography of sorts, I found it interesting to learn about all the crazy twists in Rowe's life. The book moves quickly, and chapters are rarely longer than 10 pages, so it's an easy read. I find myself picking it up for a short chapter while brushing my teeth, waiting on hold on the phone, or various other activities. Overall, a great book and a page-turner that I look forward to re-reading several times.
