Instructions for the way to actually live as a Christian in the world by a master of interior life. Not without challenges, but no one can grow if we don 't challenge ourselves.

   Practical and Profound
This is a book of various excerpts from short writings by St. Josemaria Escriva. The man hits no punches, but sometimes you need a kick in the pants vs a pat on the back!

   Simple and deep
While some may feel uneasy, it is because this book is able to shine a light on their own life, which they don 't want to see. After reading them, passages are moving and humbling. It is perfect to take to Mass with you and look at them as you prepare yourself for the Eucharist. Especially devout Catholics if they don't already have it!

   A great inspiration for the interior life
These 999 impulses have given me a great inspiration for my personal prayer. Immediately you don t need to understand each single point or thought. If you don 't understand a certain impulse, then move on to the next impulse. It is really an encouraging help for personal conversations with Jesus Christ. The Way is not meant as a spiritual reading material ; it is a collection of impulses for personal inner life as a Roman Catholic.

After reading Forge, I read this. Easy to read, easy to remember, so clear in its ideas that it draws your soul and your intelligence to new levels. A must have been made.
