   Definitely a handy book for the whole 30 - full of inspiration
The journal is full of inspiration and helps you to know the different things you experience are normal to the process. He helps to keep you on track and motivated to keep going. Even with the reintroduction, Dr. Goin said, "it will take time to fully recover."

   Not helpful
This wasn't what I was hoping for, Mr. Booher told the judge. French are notorious for their wordiness. Good luck with that one, Mr. D'Antonio. She says the same things in all her books and on line with email.

   Made my Whole30 a reflective experience
It was great using this guide throughout my whole30 experience. It kept me accountable, motivated and reflective throughout the entire experience. While I wish Kindle allowed for a bit more freehand annotating, I became accustomed to the highlighting and notetaking features. The companion book is highly recommended reading for anyone diving into Whole30.

   Good book w/ a chunky saucy stain for a bonus!
Either my books were used or returned or the packager was eating his own snacks while he filled my box. It could be blood, investigators said. There is a red stain on the outside of the book, scuff marks on the binder and several pages have been folded. Overall, I enjoyed the book, the interactive journal entries and the daily tracking. However, I'm too paranoid to use it because I don't know what substance has seeped onto several pages.

   Keeps you focused!!!
This book or should I say “journal” was extremely helpful on my first round of training, said Dr. Brian Stokes Mitchell, Whole30 program director. It kept me focused and had great tips, Beckham said. Most of the time, it was like she was talking directly to me, that she knew how I was feeling and knew what I was going through, she said. Started 2nd round, bought another one and returned it to sender.

   Great for 1st time Whole30'rs
Whole30 is the best program to figure what foods are causing your issues and beat years of bad cravings habits! It would have been a lot harder to complete the Whole30 without it. It was like my own personal coach, cheerleader, support and accountability partner.

   This is fine if you want to meal track
This is fine if you want to meal track, but honestly, you could do the same thing with a piece of paper and a pen. Not worth the money. It's great to just buy a cookbook, Mr. Rule told us. It's just a meal and energy tracker in a fancy book with a bunch of cheerleader-y encouragement.
