   Read the Book and Start A New Life
The book was very helpful to get started on a new diet. I am almost done with the program and feel very good about eating healthier but at the same time eating food I really like. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to lose weight but not limit to certain foods. The biggest change is no dairy, no sugar, and Whole Nine Yards is the only store that sells it. My wife has been on the Whole 30 for the same amount of time and feels better and is never hungry, he said. This program is for 30 days, but the goal is to continue eating this way for a long time.

I absolutely love this book. Easy to follow, the recipes are actually good and easy to make. While I can't bring myself to go completely whole 30 this book has inspired me to read labels, grocery shop healthier and eat better. I am so excited to be purchasing her next book!!!!!!!!!

I adapted a few of the recipes to make them a bit more friendly for my family. The book is written to be enjoyed by people of all ages and backgrounds.
