   Excellent Keto Cookbook
I think this is the first review I have ever written for a book, but I think it is necessary because this book is exceptional. I learned a lot from the first section of the book, even though I had already researched the diet. Suggestions for pantry staplers, differences between oils and flours, and more are all helpful and can help guide the reader. The recipes are straightforward, fun and tasty, not overly sophisticated, but they are perfect for everyday meals. They come with photos that inspire making the recipes. There is a good selection of food in the book. It's great for people at the beginning of their journey, or for more experienced practitioners looking for a good selection of recipes. Highly recommended.
   Keto bible, must have to learn and be successful
I love the variety of recipes in this book, it's worth it for the fathead dough info. I won't get bored and there's enough to sub out my family's favorite high-cholesterol dishes like burgers, pizza, etc. The desserts are delicious. If you need a bible, this cookbook is great. I made the pizza and bought the book for it. My family thought it was a regular pizza. It will be weekly.
   My GO-TO cookbook!
I've made at least a third of the recipes in the book and haven't found a bad one yet. I like the extra explanations and notes that are included in every recipe, and there is a lot of information about how to modify fathead dough for different purposes. None of the recipes are very difficult, so I can easily make them for weeknight dinners. My current favorite recipes are roasted lemon broccoli, 2 minuteavocado mayo and not-potato salad - they have been repeated weekly for the last month. Oh, oh! I am a big fan of that chicken.
   Recipes are so good!
Due to health reasons, I was forced into a diet that was low in fat and high in sugars. These recipes make me feel like I'm not giving up things I love to eat. I put notes next to my recipes to remind me of what I think after they are made, so I don't make it again. I love all the recipes so far. The spine broke after a few months of use. This is a keeper and I hope it stays together.
   Excellent product!
This is my go-to book for recipes. I've made about half of the recipes since purchasing it, and they've all turned out great. There is one quibble that I have. The author seems to prefer coconut flour over almond flour, and I've found that coconut flour doesn't work as well as almond flour in texture. She had conversion notes in the book for that. The value is great.
   Easy to follow, but measurements off?
It is a great cookbook for low-cholesterol food. The guide at the beginning is easy to follow. I was a bit disappointed that there weren't more crockpot recipes. That was my mistake, guess. Adding to the review. The recipes I followed for Thanksgiving came out badly. The measurements were not accurate. The bread recipes come out too dry.
   Good Recipes
Most of the recipes I tried were time- consuming to make and not very good. I was looking on Amazon for a book. I had high hopes for the book and have not been disappointed yet. You need to know that the outcome will be worth the time, effort and expense if you choose to eat Keto. I am happy with the recipes I have tried. This is a book that I would recommend.
   A staple for a keto kitchen!
I've been a fan of Maya's recipes for a long time, and I'm so happy she put out this book. It's a hard cover and I like it. Her recipes are always quick, easy and delicious, and the recipes in the book are no exception. There are pictures of the recipes. If you can't find specialty ingredients at your local health food grocery, you can always buy them on Amazon. If you're already on a diet, you're probably familiar with her website. This book is a great investment if you are new to this lifestyle. Her recipes were a big part of my success as I lost 45 lbs on keto. Thanks Maya.
   Best Keto Cookbook
The pre-order wait for the cookbook was worth it. It is well organized with information on the way of eating and how to stock a pantry. Nutrition values and meal photo examples can be found in the ingredients and recipe directions. I have several digital and one other hardcopy books, but this is the easiest to use.
   Excellent Keto Cookbook!
I was excited to get this cookbook when it came out because I have made a lot of Maya's recipes posted there, and I always loved her food. It's a great collection of recipes. The photos are excellent, and the hardback option is very well done. I've been eating a low-fat diet for a year now and I enjoy trying new recipes. I'm sure the recipes in Maya's new cookbook are great. This is the most beautiful cookbook I have ever seen. The introduction includes information on how to get started with the Keto lifestyle, as well as sections on stocking your Keto pantry, and page numbers for your favorite recipes. I don't buy many books anymore, but this one was exceptional and I couldn't pass it up. You should add it to your library.
